Terms and Conditions
When booking, we ask you to transfer 50% of the cost of your stay. If payment is not made on time, your reserved period will be reopened to new bookings.
At the latest 7 days before arrival we ask you to transfer the balance.
At the same time we ask for a 300 euro deposit.
This deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out if the house and contents are left complete and intact.
